Notice is hereby given that the 24th AGM of Drobo Community Bank ltd will be held on Saturday, 19th August ,2023 at 10:00am at the Church of Pentecost Central Chapel,Drobo to transact the following businesses:

1. To recieve the reports of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
2. To recieve and consider the reports of Board of Directors,Financial statement for the year ended 31st December,2022 and the Auditors reports thereon.
3. To elect or re-elect Directors
4. To Authorise the Directors to fix the Auditors Fees
5. To approve the Directors remuneration

NB:
All  completed proxy forms should be lodged with the CEO/Secretary at the office of the Bank at Drobo not later  than seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting date.
